These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the scrplay1 platform at scrplay1.club. By registering an account or accessing any part of the scrplay1 service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the scrplay1 Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. scrplay1 makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or legally permissible in any specific location. Access to scrplay1 from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited is at your own risk and scrplay1 accepts no liability in that regard.
2.3 Capacity. By accepting these Terms you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, are not acting on behalf of any third party without authorisation, and are accessing the Service for your own personal, recreational use only.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. You represent that you are not subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order — whether issued by scrplay1, another gaming operator, or any regulatory body — that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one scrplay1 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the email address, payment method, or device used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, scrplay1 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to retain any balances pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your scrplay1 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. scrplay1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). scrplay1 is required under its licensing obligations to conduct identity verification checks. You agree to provide such documentation as scrplay1 may reasonably request, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
4.1 Accepted Methods. scrplay1 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other payment methods as displayed in your account cashier. Available methods may change at scrplay1's discretion.
4.2 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits from accounts or payment instruments belonging to third parties — including family members — are prohibited. scrplay1 may reverse deposits and withhold related winnings where this condition is violated.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on scrplay1 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). scrplay1 does not apply currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated at the cashier.
4.4 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits via their account settings under scrplay1's responsible gaming tools. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
5.1 Verification Prerequisite. No withdrawal will be processed until your scrplay1 account has successfully completed KYC identity verification. This is a mandatory requirement under scrplay1's licensing obligations and is non-negotiable regardless of the size of the withdrawal.
5.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, scrplay1 may process withdrawals via an alternative method subject to additional verification.
5.3 Processing Times. scrplay1 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, where additional review is required, or where technical issues affect payment providers. scrplay1 will communicate delays where they occur.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.5 Withdrawal Review. scrplay1 reserves the right to perform additional security and anti-fraud reviews on withdrawal requests. During such reviews, the relevant funds may be temporarily placed on hold. scrplay1 will aim to complete reviews within 48 hours and will contact you if further information is required.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by scrplay1 are subject to individual terms and conditions which will be communicated at the point of the offer. General eligibility requires that the player's account is verified, in good standing, and not subject to any restriction.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds awarded by scrplay1 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and any game contribution weightings applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. scrplay1 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably determines that bonuses are being exploited through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, arbitrage, or any other form of bonus abuse. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests with scrplay1 in its reasonable discretion.
6.4 One Bonus per Person. Each promotion is available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game on the scrplay1 platform is governed by its own specific rules which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, scrplay1 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable stake to the player's account balance. scrplay1 will not be liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
7.3 Game Availability. scrplay1 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, provider, or feature at any given time. Games may be temporarily or permanently withdrawn from the platform without prior notice, including as a result of provider licence changes or technical requirements.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
9.1 By scrplay1. scrplay1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so under applicable law or its licensing obligations. Where an account is closed due to a breach, scrplay1 may withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, may retain such funds in accordance with applicable law.
9.2 By the Player. You may request the closure of your scrplay1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your nominated payment method following satisfactory verification.
9.3 Responsible Gaming Closure. Accounts closed via the responsible gaming self-exclusion pathway are subject to the terms of scrplay1's Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-excluded accounts may not be reopened until the exclusion period expires and the reinstatement process has been completed in accordance with that policy.
All content on the scrplay1 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, trade names, logos, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of scrplay1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. No rights are granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any scrplay1 content without prior written consent.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, scrplay1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if scrplay1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.2 scrplay1's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 scrplay1 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Service at your own risk and are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards on your own devices and systems.
scrplay1's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. scrplay1 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to what is required for payment processing, identity verification, licensing compliance, and the provision of the Service.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under scrplay1's operating licence jurisdiction.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and scrplay1, you should first contact scrplay1's customer support team to seek informal resolution. scrplay1 will endeavour to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established under scrplay1's gaming licence.
15.3 Language. These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
